Appointment of a Customer Service manager

ITD announces the appointment of Olivier Lespinasse as its Customer Services manager. He is now the business authority of ITD’s telecommunications branch and takes on responsibility for the installations of the ClickOnSite software, training and customer support. “Our organization has grown significantly in the last three years and, at this point, it is important to harmonize our methods so that our customers remain at the heart of our concerns and in order to increase our added value”, stated the company management.

Olivier Lespinasse will be tasked with managing the AMOA consultants, managing delivery priorities and deploying methods. He remains in charge of customer relations, customer satisfaction, problem-solving, the quality of the delivered services, and he also takes an active role in the definition of the needs of ClickOnSite V2.
